A Study On The Pipa Songs At Tongdao Dong Autonomous County

The Dong Pipa Song is an important part of the folk music of the Dong nationality.It reflects and represents the cultural attainments of the Dong nationality to a certain extent.It is a comprehensive performing art which integrates literature,playing and singing.The pipa song of the Dong nationality was first approved by the State Council in 2006,and it was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.In 2008,it aroused the interest and concern of academic circles.The rise of Dong Pipa Songs is a new branch in the research field of Dong songs.Dong Pipa Songs are generally short in research time,and their universality and depth need to be further developed.Especially in the field of art science,the research on the artistic features of the Dong Pipa Song is short and need to be strengthened.In a way,it is not conducive to the cognition and inheritance of the artistic essence of the Dong Pipa song.In view of this,the author,based on the research direction of vocal music singing,explores the pipa song of the Dong ethnic group,through field investigation,folk visit and in-depth interview,literature collection and audio-visual data analysis and other fieldwork methods for research and thesis writing.This article through combing and analyzing,based on the research direction of vocal music singing,the author explores the Dong Pipa Song through field investigation,folk visit and in-depth interview,literature collection and audio-visual data analysis and other field work methods for research and paper writing.This paper reveals the characteristics of Pipa songs through combing and analyzing,on the one hand,focuses on its artistic characteristics,and on the other hand analyzes its cultural functions.This article mainly discuss three aspects.The first part mainly describes the origin and music content of the Dong Pipa songs;the second part makes an empirical analysis on the theoretical connotation of the artistic features of the Dong Pipa Songs.In the third part,in view of the musical art features of the Dong Pipa songs,combined with the value of Chinese vocal music and the trend of contemporary culture transmission,it enriches its musical cultural connotations.
