The carts and horses Procession Scene Figure has been a portrait of the tomb since the Han Dynasty.The main performance contents of the murals have been extended to the period of the Wei,Jin,northern and Southern Dynasties,until then there have been great changes in their expression and content.During the period of the Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the political situation was turbulent.The alternation of various political powers and military forces enabled the cultures of different ethnic groups to penetrate and merge with each other,and promoted and enriched the expressions of various ethnic cultures.At the same time,it also enriched the art of tomb murals and national cultural connotation.In addition to the special historical status of Shanxi province in the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi period,the Procession Scene Figure also presents its unique regional and social characteristics,which is of great research value.This paper takes the Procession Scene Figure of the tomb murals in the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi dynasties of Shanxi as the research object,summarizes the relevant documents,through the analysis of the images,combs the development of the Procession Scene Figure in the tombs from the Qin and Han dynasties to the Sui and Tang dynasties.The social background and political status of the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi dynasties in Shanxi region are investigated and studied.The contents of the Procession Scene Figure in the tomb murals of the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi dynasties in Shanxi region are interpreted and analyzed in combination with the sociological and cultural research methods.And dig out the social factors embodied in it.The article is divided into four parts: the first part is to make clear the object of study,summarize the origin of the Procession Scene in the tomb,and explore the social background and the distribution of the tombs in Shanxi during the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi dynasties.The second part describes the travel images unearthed in Shanxi region in detail,summarizes the layout characteristics by comparison,and analyzes the culturalconnotations of the images in the light of the specific contents of the images.The third part analyzes the social factors reflected in the Procession Scene Figure by combining the data in the literature.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics and historical value of the Procession Scene Figure of the tomb murals in the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi dynasties.
