System Comparison Of Chinese Owned Art Troupes And American Non-profit Performing Group

The cultural system reform in our country is entering a critical period,the Chinese owned art troupes as bearing and important institutional innovation of the traditional culture and the provision of public cultural services,shouldering the task of cultural reform.However,Chinese owned art troupes for many years with the development of market demand and the existence of detachment,rigid system and inefficient management,insufficient market,single source of funds and other issues in the reform of the cultural system to gradually realize the effectiveness of enterprise restructuring,effective response to the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture and other problems.While the American non-profit performing arts groups have their advantages in artistic performances,reputation,market income and capital channel,also created a huge economic benefits and social benefit in the art derivatives services,their experience and advantages worthy of our state-owned art troupes to learn from.At present,the comparative study of Chinese and foreign art performing groups at home and abroad is still inadequate in the study of historical environment.In view of this,this paper first studies the generation and development of the non-profit performance groups,Chinese owned art troupes,the United States has summed up the non-profit performing groups have evolution mechanism and system.Secondly,a detailed comparison of state-owned art troupes and American non-profit performing groups,mainly compares the economic and institutional environment,the Chinese owned art troupes quantity,employment,government investment and other advantages,but there are still lack of objective economic contribution,social contribution,law system,policy planning.Finally,this paper summarizes the shortcomings and the nonprofit organizations and performing arts of Chinese state owned art troupes development experience,the non-profit performing arts groups,industry self-regulation,sufficient financing channels widely,cultural branding is powerful,but there are also disorderly competition has exacerbated the problems of our existing state-owned art troupes competitive advantage and the single channel of funds,lack of policy support and incentives and social benefits is not high.On this basis,put forward the state-owned art troupes should continue to improve the level of art,enhance competitiveness,to further broaden the financing channels at the same time,the government should pay attention to improve the policy support and effective,establish and improve the incentive mechanism countermeasures suggestions.
