Dance Sports,has developed at an alarming rate since it was introduced into China in the 1980 s.Among them,Latin Dance has attracted a large number of children and adolescents to participate in it because of its cheerful and lively characteristics.The rise of Dance Sports,led the development of dance training industry in China,the market competition is very fierce.In the new era,the internet and new media have doubled the speed of resource sharing,and both the teaching level of teachers and the competitive level of students are advancing by leaps and bounds.How to optimize teaching resources,improve teaching quality and improve teaching methods has become a hot research topic of experts and scholars.Latin Dance project since included in the professional courses in colleges and universities,the corresponding theoretical scientific research has been rapid development,the research from different levels and directions have achieved certain results.But nowadays,with the increasing demand for athletes in the major sports dance events,the theoretical research is being urged to develop towards a more comprehensive,systematic and in-depth direction.As the basis of all physical activities,strength quality is also an important factor that affects technical actions and sports performance.Children’s stage is the first sensitive stage of strength quality development,and scientific strength quality teaching and training is an important guarantee to realize the sustainable development of athletes.At present,the literature on Latin Dance strength training is mostly aimed at professional athletes,college students and professional college students,but the research on children and adolescents who are in the sensitive period of strength quality development is very scarce.This paper takes " Experimental Study on Improving the Teaching Effect of Children’s Jive Dance by Special Strength Training " as the research object.The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the movement skills,the way of strength and the muscle groups used in Jive Dance,and combine the characteristics of physiological and psychological development in children’s stage to apply " special strength training" to the teaching of Latin Dance for children,so as to enrich the theoretical guidance and improve the teaching system.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,50 students in Latin Dance performance class of Yueliangcheng Dance School in Baiyun district of Guangdong province were randomly divided into twogroups.The control group was given routine teaching,while the experimental group was given special strength training on the basis of routine teaching.There were 10 indexes in the experiment,which were divided into special strength quality index(15s Latin hand position,20 s supine leg,15 s cowboy kick,1 min sit-up and 1 min lift heel stand)and special skill score index(duration and basic rhythm,body line,dance style,rhythm expression and footwork skill).There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.After 18 weeks of teaching and training,the indexes changed to different degrees.The results are as follows :1.The difference of the project determines the particularity of its special strength,so the training content can not be randomly determined,and it must be closely combined with the special.Latin Dance is different from Standard Dance in terms of technical movement characteristics,energy metabolism characteristics,muscle strength methods and sequence,and Jive is different from other four Latin Dances.2.According to the results of the control group before and after the experiment,it can be seen that after 18 weeks of routine study of Jive Dance,students’ 15 s cowboy kick and 1 min lift heel stand two indicators for lower limb strength have been significantly improved.This shows that learning Jive Dance can improve children’s lower limb strength.3.According to the results of the experimental group before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the training of special strength has significantly improved five quality indicators of special strength for children,especially with 15 s cowboy kicking,1 min sit-up and 1 min lift heel standing.4.By comparing the results of two groups of special strength quality indicators,we can see that : ⑴ Routine teaching and special strength training of denim have improved the strength quality of children,and showed that the growth rate of lower limb strength is greater than that of core strength,and the growth rate of rapid strength is greater than that of strength endurance.⑵ After special strength training,the experimental group’s 20 s supine leg and 15 s cowboy kicking effect is obviously better than that of the control group.⑶ The test results of five special strength indicators in the experimental group are better than those in the control group,which shows that the training plan in the experiment improves the quality of special strength of children.5.By comparing the scores of special skills between the two groups,we can seethat the experimental group is obviously superior to the control group in terms of time value,basic rhythm,rhythm expression and footwork skills.It shows that adding special strength training to denim dance teaching can improve competitive ability and sports performance.
