| The competitive performance of sports dance is to test students’ dance competitive ability and teachers’ teaching level in the form of competition.How to further improve the quality of teaching needs to be further studied.Strength quality is the basis of all sports activities.In the rumba dance,each basic dance step relies on the strength of the ankle joint to squeeze the floor,generate a driving force,and then transmit it to the ankle and other parts to control the body movement.Therefore,ankle training is very important in rumba dance.In the current sports dance teaching,traditional teaching is widely used,and the teaching method is relatively monotonous.If you want to improve your dancing skills,you can carry out ankle training in the teaching process to achieve better results when students have reached a certain stage of learning and training.This is also of great significance to the improvement of the teaching effect of rumba dance."Ankle strength training" is introduced into the teaching of children’s rumba dance in order to enrich theoretical research and improve the teaching system.The article use the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,statistics and teaching experiment,and takes 30 students from the Latin dance silver intermediate class of Beijing Danyang Dance Art Training Center as the experimental subjects and randomly divides them into two groups.The control group adopts conventional teaching,and the experimental group adds ankle joint training on the basis of conventional teaching for intervention.First of all,before the experiment,the basic information of the control group and the experimental group and the ankle strength test of were tested,and all no significant difference.What’s more the above pre-test,the three-level indicators of students’ teaching effect were also tested,and there was no significant difference.After two months of experiment,the conclusions are as follows:1.After 8 weeks of ankle training and learning the silver combination of rumba dance,it can be seen,the results before and after experiment in the control group that the students’ankle strength has significantly improved.the results before and after in the experimental group,we could seen that there are very significant differences in the ankle strength indicators of students.Both the routine teaching of rumba dance and the ankle strength intervention teaching and training have improved the ankle strength of children,and the performance is as follows:two feet lifting the heel(left and right feet),one foot taking off(left and right feet),and Barcelona standing(left and right feet).However,the results of the experimental group were better,the two groups has significant differences.2.Through training and teaching,and through the analysis and comparison of the whole experimental data to evaluate the teaching effect,it is concluded that the two groups have a positive impact on the dance posture,but the experimental subjects of the intervention group have significant differences in the teaching effect indicators,especially in "body frame","core tightening","body balance after completing the movement","medial concentration of the foot" and so on.3.Through training and teaching,the analysis and comparison of the experimental statistics show the two groups have a positive impact on dance technology,but the experimental subjects in the intervention group have significant differences in teaching effect indicators such as "foot push","foot fast movement,stability","body twist","ankle control".4.Through training and teaching,the analysis and comparison of the experimental data showed that the two groups had a positive impact on the musical expression,but the test subjects with the intervention group has significant differences in the teaching effect indicators such as "tone judgment","rhythm judgment","time point of foot",especially in the"time point of foot".According to the above conclusions,the suggestions are as follows:(1)Increase the research depth of ankle strength training on teaching effect,and continue to explore and improve.(2)Not completely abandoning the traditional teaching methods,but combining them into practice to optimize the teaching effect.(3)Pay attention to the rules of bone growth and development,avoid sports injury,the experimental period should not be too long,and control the experimental time.(4)According to the basic steps of rumba dance,follow the principles of ankle training for children,and design a scientific and reasonable teaching plan.(5)Promote the combination and development of physical strength and special strength,and integrate them into the daily teaching of rumba dance. |
