From The Perspective Of The Development Of Chongqing Cultural Industry Park Industrial Cluster Strategy

In China’s new normal economic development period,the adjustment of industrial structure is urgent.Against this background,the cultural industry has become one of the key directions of industrial restructuring because of its friendly economy.Chongqing is the youngest municipality directly under the central government,an important port in the Yangtze River Basin,"The Belt and Road","the Yangtze River Economic Belt" and a number of national strategy occupies an important city in the great development of a space for one person,opportunity,but also to the natural cultural industry has brought development opportunity.Under the vigorous advocacy of the national and local governments,Chongqing’s cultural industry has made considerable progress.Within the scope of the main city of Chongqing,18 cultural industrial parks have been built.Industrial parks have different industrial locations,operating modes and development subjects.Among them,there are no lack of industrial parks with perfect construction,high quality and good reputation.However,there are still some problems such as qualitative competition and uncoordinated regional development on the whole.The purpose of this paper is to help the cultural industry park to form a benign cultural industry cluster in order to help the industrial structure adjustment as a general purpose,combining the theory of industrial upgrading,industrial cluster,and industrial cluster composition,and form the strategic guiding idea of the rational operation of the cultural industrial park.At the same time,the cultural industrial park in Chongqing city to do a field survey,visit an empirical investigation,to understand its development,the status of business operation,occupancy rate,industry positioning,and so on,through the analysis of the actual situation of the Chongqing cultural industrial park by SWOT analysis.Finally,with the actual situation analysis under the guidance of the theoretical framework,it is pointed out that the cultural industry in Chongqing should focus on the industrial part of the high value chain.The cultural industrial parks between the urban areas should use their own resource endowments,complementary advantages and coordinated development;in the industry operation,through the industrial cluster.The theoretical research of the formation mechanism is the core point of the effective operation of the industrial park,which helps enterprises to expand the market scale to help enterprises to expand the sales results.It helps the whole industry cluster to form external economic effects and reduce the average production cost.Around these two cores,the cultural industry park should actively stimulate the cultural market and create its own brand image to form a market effect.At the same time,it needs to build a platform to help enterprise communication,increase the opportunity for technological spillover and synergistic innovation,and set up a talent training system to form a large scale of professional talents to gather.To reduce the cost of enterprise personnel and recruit people,establish basic operation support services,create a relaxed policy environment,help enterprises to reduce the cost of conventional affairs,and finally make the whole cultural industry cluster benign law development.
