In 2011,China has enacted the new English Curriculum Standard.Which will promote the balanced development of education and improve the quality of education.The new Curriculum Standard stresses attention to every student,student-oriented,improve the good and promote the disabilities simultaneously.However,with the continuous deepening of reform of primary and secondary schools education,great achievements have been achieved in the practice and research of classroom teaching.However,the research on extracurricular activities is relatively lagging behind,especially on the management of extracurricular activities for students with difficulty in learning English in rural primary schools.The problem of homework of students with learning difficulties is prominent,which is mainly reflected in the heavy burden of students with learning difficulties and low learning efficiency.With the increase of years of study,the number of students with learning difficulties is increasing.Based on this,this paper will study the homework management of the poor English students in rural primary schools.Based on Construction Theory,Input Hypothesis Theory and Achievement Motivation Theory,and by means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes a survey and analysis of the primary school.Questionnaire survey and the interview is aimed at a primary school of Bishan,Chongqing area B fifth grade three class 31 poor student and seven English teacher,the content of the investigation includes the cognition to the homework,the amount of homework and degrees,the type of homework,the teacher's job design ability,these a few respects such as homework evaluation way,poor student B primary school English homework is carried on the thorough investigation and analysis,try to answer the research question: a poor student,rural primary school English homework management status? What are the problems of homework management? Third,what are the countermeasures? It aims to help students with learning difficulties regain their confidence in English learning,form good learning habits and reduce the proportion of students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools.The author makes an analysis of the current situation of extracurricular activities of poor English students in rural primary schools.Many students with learning difficulties do not have strong intrinsic motivation to do homework.When assigning homework,teachers do not assign homework according to the personality differences of students with learning difficulties,and the homework type is single.Teachers' humanistic care for students with learning difficulties is not enough;Teachers have a single way of evaluating students with learning difficulties.In view of these situations,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures: improving the supervision system of class work;Determine the purpose of the assignment;Make sure the quantity and degree of operation is reasonable;Improve the design ability of homework;Changing the way of homework is evaluated;Strengthening home-school cooperation.
