Strategy Analysis In Translating Chinese Art Exhibition Descriptions Into English

As the 21st century is witnessing an unprecedented scale of cultural exchanges in various forms,Chinese artistic works as an important part of Chinese culture have been introduced to the rest of the world more frequently through exhibitions and seminars,leading to a larger demand for English translations of descriptive texts related to such events originally written in Chinese.In this case study,the author tentatively comes up with four solutions in the translations of exhibition descriptions,namely keeping the same sentence patterns,using cohesive devices,choosing simple expressions,and analyzing logic and organizing information.
