With the promulgation of the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reforms and Development Plans and Several Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Preschool Education,preschool education is becoming more and more important.Higher requirements are put forward for the talents training in kindergarten normal schools.As the only one kindergarten normal school in Jindongnan district,Jindongnan Kindergarten Normal School has an important task of training kindergarten teachers for both Changzhi and Jincheng.In recent years,with the expanding enrollment in universities,the students’ qualities in the school obviously decline.The teaching of playing the piano while singing is faced with the dilemma of " low quality of students,zero foundation of piano and short time of teaching ".Based on the investigation on some kindergarten teachers’ ability of playing the piano while singing in Changzhi and Jincheng and the current situation of the teaching in Jindongnan Kindergarten Normal School,the author finds that the teachers in some kindergartens and the students in the kindergarten normal school have many problems in the knowledge,skills and basic training of playing the piano while singing.Therefore,taking the teaching of playing the piano while singing in Jindongnan Kindergarten Normal School as an example,the author analyzes the current situation and problems,put forward some countermeasures and try to build a new teaching model for kindergarten normal schools.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is Introduction.In Introduction,by teasing out the literature review at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified.The second part is the body of the thesis which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter focuses on the present situation of some kindergarten teachers’ ability of playing the piano while singing in Changzhi and Jincheng;the second chapter is about the teaching of playing the piano while singing in Jindongnan Kindergarten Normal School;the third one is analyzing the main problems and putting forward some countermeasures;the last one is exploring new teaching modes.In Conclusion,the author clears the significance and value of reforming teaching content,innovating teaching mode and reshaping teaching evaluation.In this research,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and action research are mainly used.
