Authoring Reports Documentary <Incense>

With the emergence of the concept of culture in recent years,many excellent Chinese traditional cultures have come into people’s vision once again,including incense culture and related life aesthetics.More and more young people are slowing down their pace of life and relieving their inner fatigue by participating in incense cultural activities.On the one hand,the more unknown the past is,the more curious young people are about the way of life of the ancients.In the last few years,the hot phenomenon of palace opera also shows the public’s concern for traditional culture.On the other hand,human’s preference for sweet smell is an instinct.A good smell can change people’s mood and enhance people’s mood,so that we can relax our tense nerves and grind in the process of participating in incense lore activities when the pressure of survival and life doubles.Unify our impetuous heart.Therefore,the author created the documentary "INCENSE".The film takes Chen Jianbing,the representative inheritor of the production of natural incense in southern Fujian as the leading role of filming.It centers on "Chinese incense culture",and displays and interprets Chinese traditional incense culture from its historical evolution,incense production process,incense lore and other aspects,so as to stimulate more Chinese people to understand and experience the ancient literati.Meanwhile,I hope this work can stimulate the content market to create related cultural works,so as to continuously promote and inherit Chinese traditional culture.The filming idea of the documentary "INCENSE" is to intervene in "incense" at the beginning,to let people feel the incense way and listen to the spiritual feelings brought by perfume or spice in the craftsman population;secondly,it introduces the history of incense,which has a long history in China since ancient times,but later,because of the social,political and economic reasons and the change of people’s values,incense culture gradually fades in daily life;thirdly,In the process of making incense,by showing the production skills of traditional incense in southern Fujian,the relationship between incense and people is reflected,and the process of knowing incense is realized.Finally,the interpretation of incense is given to show the true meaning of incense lore: tolerance,simplicity and nature.This report describes in detail the creation process of the documentary "INCENSE" from the following five aspects: the creation background,overview and orientation,the creation process,innovation points and difficulties,as well as the creation gains and losses.
