| Happiness is the ultimate pursuit of human life.However,in high school,students’ time is arranged to attend classes or homework.Many students are not clear about their life value,meaning,and purpose.After these students entered the university,the time became abundant,but they did not know what to do.As a result,some students chose a worthless,meaningless,purposeless way to spend.There is no doubt that this kind of life is certainly not happy.Accepting Commitment Therapy believes that life that is consistent with the value of your choice is happy.Therefore,this study examines the relationship between value and well-being and the role of time management in the perspective of acceptance and commitment therapy.Objective: Study 1 is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the Value Questionnaire(VQ)in the domestic college students,and to provide reliable and effective measurement tools for the study of value and acceptance and commitment therapy;Study2 is used to explore the relationship between value and happiness in the perspective of accepting commitment therapy,and test the mediating role of time management tendencies between value and happiness.Method: The first study is to translate the original scale into a Chinese version,Pre-test and adjust and modify the topic to form a formal test questionnaire.The students of Beijing and Hebei universities(N=514)were officially tested,and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed using software such as SPSS19.0 and MPLUS7.0.The second study was conducted by the University of Beijing and Hebei universities(N=826)using the Value Questionnaire,the Youth Time Management Disposition Scale and the Comprehensive Happiness Questionnaire.The data were tested using SPSS19.0 and MPLUS7.0 software.Management tends to mediate between value and well-being.Result: The results of the study showed that the discrimination of 10 topics was good,the difference between high and low groups was significant on each topic,and there was a moderate correlation between the subjects(r=0.32~0.56,p<0.01).There was a medium-high correlation between the topic and the total score of the dimension(r=0.63~0.80,p<0.01).The two-factor structure of the confirmatory factor analysis fits well(χ2/df=1.63,CFI=0.971,TLI=0.962,RMSEA=0.049,SRMR=0.040);and the correlation coefficient between the two dimensions of VQ and the criterion questionnaire is between 0.27 and 0.68;the Cronbach α coefficients of the two dimensions of VQ are0.81 and 0.76,respectively.The results of the second study showed that the mediating effects of the four mediation models reached a significant level,and were partially mediating.The mediating effect was between 0.105 and 0.444.The comparison of themediating effect models of the two groups of Capital Institute of Physical Education and Chengde Medical University showed that the differences in mediating effects did not reach significant levels(p=0.191~0.773,p>0.05).However,compared with the students of the Capital College of Physical Education,in the student group of Chengde Medical University,the tendency of time management to mediate between value and happiness is greater.Among the student population of Chengde Medical University,the effect of the mediation of the four models is ab/c=0.336,ab/c=0.232,ab/c=0.451,ab/c=0.064;among the student groups of the Capital Institute of Physical Education,4 The effect effects of the mediation of the models were ab/c=0.116,ab/c=0.157,ab/c=0.291,ab/c=0.047.Conclusion: The Chinese version of the Value Questionnaire has good reliability and validity indicators and can be used to measure the clear value of domestic university students.Time management tends to be a partial intermediary between value and well-being.In other words,in addition to directly affecting happiness,value also has an indirect impact on happiness through time management tendencies. |
