High school students are in a critical period of physical and psychological development,and at this stage they are faced with a variety of internal contradictions and conflicts in the period of dealing with childish maturation,and social anxiety is one of the contradictions caused by this stage,social anxiety has a great impact on young people,which is not only related to their interpersonal communication and communication skills development,At the same time,it also has an important influence on its learning behavior and so on.So it is particularly important to focus on the social anxiety of high school students.In this paper,from the perspective of mindfulness intervention,combined with self-control to explore the mechanism of mindfulness intervention on social anxiety,and design a mindfulness intervention program,in order to reduce the social anxiety of high school students to provide a more effective intervention method.This study contains the following two sections.Study one: Taking the five factor mindfulness scale,social anxiety scale,self-control scale as the research tool,taking600 students from 4 high schools in Fujian province as the research object,a questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the relationship between the mindfulness level and social anxiety of high school students and the role of self-control in it.Study II: On the basis of the research results,the intervention group and control group were selected,and the intervention group was examined by using mindfulness meditation technique,and the conclusion of the study was further verified.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)High school students ’ mindfulness level,self-control and social anxiety have their own characteristics,and there are significant differences in some demographic variables.(2)Mindfulness and self-control have a high predictive power for social anxiety.(3)Mindfulness meditation group counseling can significantly reduce the socialanxiety of high school students and is an effective tool to interfere with the social anxiety of high school students.
