Cyberbullying is an important issue that has attracted the attention of scholars in recent years. It refers to the behavior of individuals who intentionally repeatedly attack others through electronic communication devices. In recent years,Chinese scholars' research on junior high school students has shown that cyberbullying has been widespread in campus, and cyberbullying is closely related to family factors. However, because of the lack of parental supervision for secondary vocational school students due to their residence, the use of online time is longer than junior high school students, and there may be more serious cyberbullying problems.First of all, this study explores the relationship between parental conflicts, moral excuse, and cyberbullying through questionnaires and data analysis, and then interviews to understand the current educational status of parents and schools on cyberbullying among young people.Based on the above research results, the corresponding strategies are proposed to prevent and reduce the cyberbullying behavior of secondary vocational students. In Study 1,this study selected 401 secondary vocational students as the research object, and used the " Cyberullying Scale","Child Perceive Parental Conflict Questionnaire" and " Moral Disengagement Questionnaire" as tools to explore the conflicts and moral excuse of secondary vocational students. In Study 2,this study conducted an in-depth interview with parents of secondary vocational students and teachers of mental health education in secondary vocational schools to analyze parents' understanding of cyberbullying, how to deal with related issues, and the relationship between parent-child relationship and children's growth. And how teachers understand cyberbullying, how to deal with related issues, and whether they have received relevant training.Based on the above research results, this study proposes countermeasures to reduce cyberbullying in secondary vocational students. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The prevalence rates for cyberbullying of secondary vocational students was41.2%.(2)The interparent conflict of secondary vocational students is significantly positivepredictive of cyberbullying, interparental conflicts are significantly positively predictive of moral disengagement, and moral disengagement is significantly positive predictive of cyberbullying.(3)Moral disengagement had mediating effect on the relation between interparental conflict and cyberbullying. The direct effect of parental conflict on cyberbullying accounts for 58.5% of the total effect;the indirect effect of cyberbullying accounts for 41.5% of the total effect.(4)Through interviews,we found that the cyberbullying of secondary vocational students is difficult to identify and prevent. The cyberbullers have a certain degree of psychological deficiency. On the issue of cyberbullying, family education is lacking and the education management of secondary vocational schools is relatively weak.Based on the above questions, the study proposes the following recommendations:(1)Parents should pay attention to the physical and mental development of their children and create a warm family atmosphere.(2)Schools should pay attention to the moral education and mental health education in order to build a network bullying prevention mechanism.(3)The society should purify the network environment and strengthen the construction of the rule of law on the Internet.
