In the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises must improve their core competitiveness,so as to occupy a place in the market competition.At the same time,in order to achieve the goal of maximizing enterprise value,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to evaluate their operating performance.The film industry has developed rapidly in recent years.How to develop and operate the film industry is an important issue for each theater line.To better manage the film industry,the first thing is to have a clear understanding of itself.At present,there are many research results on performance evaluation,but most of them are for large state-owned enterprises,banks and the government.The performance evaluation system suitable for film projecti on industry needs further study.As a performance evaluation tool,the balanced scorecard can effectively measure enterprise performance from four aspects: finance,customers,internal processes and learning and growth.Using balanced scorecard is helpful for film industry practitioners to conduct performance evaluation more comprehensively.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation,this paper combines literature research with case study.Firstly,it introduces the performance evaluation theory and the development of balanced scorecard,which lays a theoretical foundation for the application of Balanced Scorecard in Wanda Cinemas.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of performance evaluation and the need for improvement.Local,in view of its existence of "financial,light business" and insufficient attention to customer opinions and other issues,to explore how to improve and improve the performance evaluation system,put forward measures to improve the performance evaluation of the cinema.Before constructing the BSC evaluation system,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Wanda Cinemas,divides the strategy of Wanda Cinemas into different levels according to the strategy of the group,determines the indexes that should be selected in the BSC system,determines the weight of each index by using the analytic hierarchy process,and establishes a complete BSC system.Finally,based on the data of a cinema,the balanced scorecard system is applied to analyze the operation results of a cinema in the past three years.Through the design and application of the BSC system,this paper illustrates that using BSC to evaluate the performance of the cinema can improve the deficiency of the financial indicators at the present stage,make the performance evaluation work of the cinema integrated into various situations,more comprehensive and perfect,and help the cinema to operate and manage better.
