In the world today,economic integration and cultural diversity,the field of higher art education is also new.At this historical moment of opportunity and challenge,China′s advanced art education accurately grasps the current situation,actively responds to the call of the times,follows the trend of the times,extensively studied the excellent education experience and the school concept,and integrates its own traditional culture,and has achieved the artistic achievement.But the rapid development of advanced art education not only brings a good positive influence,but also brings some negative effects.Painting in Song Dynasty is the first higher art education and training institution in the world.Although it is only six years old,it is very creative and unique to choose the school,the propositional method of the combination of poetry and painting,the combination of art and the curriculum,the fine painting style,the complete teaching system,the rigorous and the rigorous elimination mechanism are very creative and unique.Its existence not only shows the maturity of ancient Chinese painting education,but also gives profound enlightenment to the contemporary higher art education in China.This paper mainly discusses the two education modes of painting in Song Dynasty and advanced art education in China,and provides new ideas and solutions for the disadvantages and deficiencies of contemporary art education in China through valuable experience in painting.This article is mainly discussed form four chapters.The first chapter,starting form the historical background of painting,tries to make in-depth investigation and analysis on the politics,economy,culture and education of Song Dynasty,and analyze the historical roots of painting.The second chapter makes an all-round explanation on the recruitment mode,curriculum setting,assessment system,daily management system,teacher′s power,painting officials,students′ outlet and decline reasons,so as to expect to better show the real appearance and running characteristics of painting.The third chapter is to discuss in detail the present situation of the development of contemporary higher art education in China,and points out the problems and disadvantage of the contemporary higher art education in China.The fourth chapter is based on the valuable experience and talent training mode of painting school in Song Dynasty,which can give Chinese contemporary higher art education an important role.
