Exploration Of App Service Design For Time Management Based On Memory Psychology

As the mobile Internet technology becomes more mature,smart phones become an indispensable item in people’s daily life.In the case of full-scale popularization of smart phones,mobile apps loaded with different functions affect all aspects of people’s lives.The service design based on App has been generated and has attracted the attention of researchers.The time management application belongs to one of the efficient applications.It aims to remind and supervise the user to complete some important tasks through the App,and pays attention to the user’s time control and utilization efficiency.Therefore,it is of theoretical value and practical significance to improve the quality of App service design by using time management apps as research objects.The paper takes memory psychology as the starting point of the research,summarizes the research contents and research methods of memory psychology,and aims to discover the memory characteristics,psychology activities,and behavioral habits of the services involved through the interdisciplinary research methods.The proposed conclusions are applied to design practice to improve the efficiency and quality of app service design.The whole research process of the paper is divided into two parts:theoretical exploration and design practice.In the stage of theoretical exploration,firstly,the relevant concepts of service design and memory psychology were combed through the literature analysis method,the main design methods of service design were summarized,and the research contents and research methods of memory psychology were analyzed.Then the memory psychology was introduced into the service design,and the application and manifestation of memory at each level of service design were explored from the five levels of service design.The three objects of the app service design:service providers,service receivers,service media and their corresponding design patterns,user patterns,and system representations are classified and discussed,and the service design based on the human mind model in memory psychology is initially proposed,method.In the design practice,the conclusion of the service design method discussed in the second chapter of the paper is applied to the design practice of the time management app "Timer".From the three aspects of design patterns,user patterns,and system representations,research and analysis were conducted,and the user’s psychological habits were established through extensive questionnaire surveys,and user models were built;through the comparative analysis of existing applications,service designers had The design model;The analysis of the design specifications and usage scenarios of iphone phones summarizes the system representation of App services.Combine the above three aspects to form the concrete ideas and design schemes such as information architecture and interface design.
