The Enlightenment Of Low Suicide Ideas Of College Students Majoring In Sports On Mental Health Education In Colleges And Universities

Facing the changing society and the deepening reform of the higher education system,the increasing mental pressure has become one of the main problems among the college students,and the needs of improving the quality of mental health education in Colleges and universities is increasing.Through a rational examination of the present situation of the development of mental health education in Colleges and universities as well as the existing research on the suicidal ideation of college students,it is found that there is no unified standard for the definition of suicide and suicide ideation at home and abroad,and different definitions can be obtained from different disciplines.The theoretical explanation of suicide ideation mainly focuses on the fields of biology,sociology,psychoanalytic psychology,cognitive psychology,humanistic psychology and so on.In addition,Chinese Mainland Colleges and universities in China have carried out mental health education among college students in the middle of the 1980 s.After more than 30 years of unremitting efforts,it has made breakthrough progress in theoretical research and practice activities,however,the current research is still unable to fully meet the growing needs of mental health of young students.Under the guidance of the theory of Marx’s doctrine,we use the principles and methods of Ideological and political education,psychology and sociology to select sports students with lower suicide ideation as the research object,and take the standardized mental measurement scale as a survey tool to collect and collate relevant data information and use the system.The quantitative analysis of suicidal ideation of college students in physical education was carried out by the method of study.On the basis of statistical analysis,the factors affecting the low suicide idea of the group were further systematically investigated.According to the statistics,45 of the 917 students who had ever had suicidal ideation,accounting for 5% of all the respondents which were far lower than those of other subjects of the same age.From the adjustment function of sports to anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,the researchers discussed the physiological basis of physical exercise to alleviate depression,and analyzed the effect of physical activity on individual FLOW experience and emotional intelligence.This paper focuses on the impact of the group characteristics of the college students on the reduction of suicidal ideation: the students of this group have relatively low academic pressure,the "apprenticeship" management education mode and the competitive sports team all provide a solid social support,and the psychological problems of the college students are more coping strategies.The "three quotient balance" of motion quotient,EQ and IQ is beneficial to the establishment of healthy personality.In addition,the influence of parental rearing concept and expectations,school sports sub culture environment on the mental health of college students were also discussed.Based on the above investigation and analysis,the researcher advocates from the perspective of Ideological and political education and mental health education to establish and improve the three-dimensional and multi-level psychological crisis intervention system,and develop an automatic early warning system to adapt to the mental health education of colleges and Universities based on the big data platform and artificial intelligence technology,and emphasize the psychological text of the campus.The important influence on the students’ mental health is to encourage the worker of student affairs to increase the organization and publicity of the theme activities of the campus style and psychological growth.On the basis of the combination of internal and external education,the strategic position of mental health education in the development of higher education is constantly improved.At the same time,the teaching management model of "tutor system" is encouraged to establish a "student growth group",to promote the exchange among students,to further close the relationship between students and teachers,and advocating the establishment of psychological health education and consultation platform for college and school interaction,and improve the ability of teachers and students to apply modern information technology to mental health education activities relying on the Internet and mobile phone.
