Research On The Ethical Issues Of Virtual Reality

Virtual reality has now become one of the cutting-edge hotspots of technology,leading the way,and perhaps fundamentally reconstructing the human world.We’ve had very limited access to movies like the Matrix,Avatar,Star Trek,and so on.But more vividly,we get a little bit of enlightenment;by 2016,when Faye Wong’s "Fantasy one" concert,we can interact with our idols at close range by wearing 3D glasses.Virtual reality has gradually become a hot industry pursued by companies such as science and technology and games,and has triggered the attention of government departments and university research centers.When virtual reality is on the eve of a breakthrough and subversive nature,we should be more focused on the ethical issues that arise from it.Because virtual reality involves the premise of subject participation.If we don’t face up to the ethical problems,the harm of this technology will extend to the real world of mankind.Based on the impact and influence of the ethical issues of virtual reality on the real world,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of virtual reality on the basis of summarizing the development,application fields and influence of virtual reality technology.The potential ethical issues and causes of virtual reality are analyzed,and then the ethical problems of virtual reality are deeply reflected.First of all,the potential ethical problems of virtual reality technology include: subject moral and ethical issues,safety ethical issues,identity multiplicity and responsibility ethics issues,privacy and hidden ethical issues.Secondly,according to the potential ethical problems of virtual reality technology,its causes are analyzed in depth,mainly from four aspects.First,the lack of human ethics,the second is the loophole of ethics,the third is the negative nature and limitations of technology,and the fourth is policy.Regulatory and related regulatory oversight.Finally,the ethical framework for virtual reality potential ethical issues reflect principles,namely the principle of harmless,the principle of responsibility,the principle of equality,according to the mode of ethical participation in technology decision-making,namely,the value model,Utilitarianism mode and deontic mode decide that virtual reality adopts three kinds of technology decision-making mode to make technological decision.Human beings and social environment reflect on the ethical and moral order of virtual reality.
