A Study On The Logic Of Autonomous Supply Of Public Cultural Services At The Grass-Roots Level In Cities

As an important part of the national cultural construction strategy,the public cultural service system is related to the realization of the basic cultural rights and interests of the masses.With the composite supply model of “government-led,market operation,and social participation” gradually embedded in the operation of public cultural service supply,the “autonomous supply” model with the masses as the main body has been on the stage of the grassroots public cultural service system.Use multiple forces to increase the effective supply of public cultural services and meet the cultural needs of the people for a better life.The autonomous supply of public culture at the grassroots level in the city is spontaneously organized and supplied by the grassroots.It has the dual effects of entertainment and serving the public.It is consistent with the strong and rich cultural needs of the current masses and has become an inevitable trend in the construction of urban public cultural service system.one.This research studies and discusses the germinal logic of the autonomous supply of urban public cultural services through the grounded theory research method,and constructs the middle domain theory based on raw data and the wide-area theory based on theoretical review.The study found that at the theoretical level of the middle domain,The autonomous supply of public cultural services at the grassroots level in the city follows the logical starting point of endogenous needs and external support,the logical approach of carrier construction and spatial integration,and the logical orientation of the logical period of psychological tacit understanding and emotional value regression;At the level of wide-area theory,The autonomous supply of public cultural services at the grassroots level in the city follows the interactive logic of the organizational system from fluctuation to steady state,the exchange logic of the social network from the relationship to the resources,and the nested logic of themicro-cultural ecology from the external environment to the subject consciousness.The generation and development logic implies that the autonomous supply of public cultural service services at the grassroots level in the city has a development path from scratch to maturity,which is of great significance for strengthening the supply model of public cultural services with the masses as the main body.
