The Interaction Mechanism Of The Cooperation Between Political And Social Affairs In The Supply Of Urban Grassroots Public Cultural Services ——Taking The "Reader’s Station·jincheng Library" In L City As An Example

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country pointed out that the main contradiction in Chinese society in the new era has changed,and the people have put forward higher requirements for cultural construction.At present,the cooperation between government and society is a breakthrough point for innovating the supply of public cultural services,and it provides a direction for optimizing the supply path of urban grassroots public cultural services in my country.Therefore,in order to promote the wide application of the supply mode of governmentsocial cooperation in the field of public cultural services,it is of certain significance to carry out relevant research.This paper takes the interaction mechanism of government-social cooperation in urban grassroots public cultural service supply as the theme,uses case study method,combines cooperative governance theory and resource dependence theory to build the theoretical analysis framework of this paper,in order to study the interaction mechanism of government-social cooperation.First of all,conduct an investigation on the cooperation supply of government and society in urban grassroots public cultural services in L City,select "Reader Station Jincheng Study" as the analysis case of this article,and obtain public cultural services through observation and in-depth interview methods.related information.Secondly,code and analyze the relevant data obtained,and analyze the interaction and cooperation between the grass-roots government and social forces by using the analytical framework of "interaction origin-interaction process-interaction effect",and sort out and extract the interaction mechanism of government-social cooperation.That is,the government and social forces seek cooperation and interact under the promotion of the external environment and their own interests.During the interaction,both parties make corresponding strategic choices based on their own needs and the logic of each other’s actions,and finally produce a certain interactive effect.Together they constitute the interaction mechanism of government-social cooperation.By clarifying the interaction mechanism of political and social cooperation in the supply of urban grass-roots public cultural services,this paper clarifies the formation path of the benign interaction between grass-roots government and social forces,so as to provide new ideas for urban grass-roots supply of public cultural services,and for the construction of equal political and social cooperation.The relationship provides a path reference,promotes the improvement of supply capacity and supply level,and enhances the sense of cultural acquisition of the masses.
