The construction of the rural cultural auditorium is a major measure and systematic project of Zhejiang to reconstruct core the construction of the rural cultural auditorium and cultural value system of the village,realizing the integration of urban and rural areas.It is a measure to strengthen the "four self-confidences" and enhance the spiritual civilization construction in Zhejiang.With the extensive construction of cultural auditorium in rural areas of Zhejiang,how to build and use cultural auditorium becoming a public concern.It is also an important criterion for evaluating and improving the service of the cultural auditorium.It is of great significance for improving the management of the cultural auditorium and serving the public.Based on the theory of public product supply,cultural consumption theory and public satisfaction theory,this paper establishes the public satisfaction evaluation index system of rural cultural auditorium,and uses the Delphi method to determine the index weight.The convenience is 0.32,the economic condition is 0.22,the standard is 0.23,and the service is 0.23.Through questionnaire survey and data statistics,the public satisfaction of eight rural cultural auditoriums in Yongjia County was evaluated.The analysis shows that the service satisfaction of Yongjia County Rural Cultural auditorium is in good condition.There are differences between different towns and villages,and the satisfaction of service in township cultural auditoriums in remote mountainous areas is low.There are differences between different indicators of satisfaction,such as a higher score for convenience.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,the key factors affecting the public are variables and the satisfaction is the dependent variable.The binary logistic regression method is used to find the key factors affecting the public satisfaction.By eliminating the independent variables that have no significant influence,the final result shows the seven factors of the cultural auditoriums area,the out-of-town population proportion,the second industry proportion,the largest surname proportion,the management party,the monthly income,and the nature of the auditorium.They all have a great influence on the satisfaction of the service of the cultural auditorium of the village.Through seven influencing factors,the problems existing in the development of Yongjia County Cultural Auditorium are analyzed.Finally,by referring to the experience of service management of rural cultural auditorium at home and abroad,combined with the results of public satisfaction evaluation of rural cultural auditorium in Yongjia County,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve professional service and strengthen the construction of cultural auditorium for the problems existing in the construction of rural cultural auditorium.At the same time,according to the analysis which results that influence the judgment factors of public satisfaction,the paper finds a specific solution from the microscopic point of view to propose countermeasures,including mining culture to meet different monthly income groups;encouraging entrepreneurship to return home,introducing projects;improving the use rate of cultural auditoriums,innovating cultural auditorium management mode,and doing a good job of transforming the function of the auditorium.
