At present,more and more training institutions focused on training of Latin dance pop up and teaching of Latin dance is in full swing coexisting with phenomenon like uneven teaching level,unreasonable teaching methods,etc.First,teaching focuses only on skills and faster access to certificates,but ignores children’ motivation of learning interests and the ability of autonomous learning.Besides,traditional teaching methods are widely used without an attempt to adopt any new teaching methods.To provide effective data and theory for the optimization of Latin dance teaching,the paper conducts a profound research on status quo of Latin dance teaching in Urumqi through sampling,expert interview,experiment and statistics to effectively back up the research via corresponding data and theory.Conclusions: Flipped classroom based on micro learning resources have apparent effects on children’ Latin dance teaching.Conclusions: Flipped classroom based on micro learning resources have apparent effects on children’ Latin dance teaching.1)It have obvious affects on students’ learning interests.Students become interested more in Latin dancing and the number of students who are willing to learn continuously increased greatly;2)It also have effects on students’ ability of self-learning with more and more students acquired the ability;3)It promotes the communication among teachers,students and parents and draw more attention to the promoting effect of evaluation with increasing number of students communicate with their teachers and agree that evaluation has effect on teaching itself;4)It not only has positive effects on the above-mentioned aspects but also have optimizing effects on professional skills with obvious improvement in basic skills and performance with music and different styles.Suggestions: 1)Developing students’ leaning interests should always be included in teaching targets when advertising the flipping classroom based on micro resources.Teachers should actively learn and adopt new teaching theory and modes and drawing attention to the evaluation by using social media to lengthen the teaching;2)Reform present teaching ideas and methods and advocate students get evolved in the process of teaching so that develop students’ ability in self-learning.Besides,teachers should track student’s states in all aspects by evaluation;3)Taking full advantage of modern technological devices and emphasis communication and evaluation.In addition,teachers need to strictly control the quality of videos which will be uploaded to ensure each of them match the phasal teaching targets;4)Based on the idea of flipping classroom,combine the flipping classroom with micro class resources and scheme a systematical and irrational teaching and evaluation system.Besides target all-round education and promote this teaching method for the teaching of Children’ Latin dance.
