| With the rapid development of export and import trade in China,the demand of studying business Chinese for foreign students has also been on the rise.Since Business Chinese Test(BCT)started in 2006,business Chinese learning has become more and more standardized,and various business Chinese textbooks have been published one after another.This paper is based on the current two advanced business Chinese comprehensive tutorial,Zhongheng Advanced Business Chinese Textbook and New Silk Road Advanced Business Chinese Textbook,and made a quantitative and qualitative analysis of these two textbooks.The whole paper includes five parts:introduction,the comparative analysis of text content,vocabulary,exercise,and conclusion and suggestionsThe first chapter mainly introduce why do we choose this topic,what is the objective of this study,what is the current statues of this kind of research,what’s the innovative and inadequate part of this study.The second chapter refers to Business Chinese communicative function list,analysis the theme and genre of the two textbooks.It finds out that the two targeted textbook show a totally different style on theme and genre.New Silk Road seems more professional on text content since it has more business related topics.And it has more genres compared with ZhonghengThe third chapter analysis the vocabulary of the two textbooks from layout and quantity of the vocabulary.It refers to Frequently Used Business Chinese Vocabulary and New HSK Vocabulary List,analysis the characteristics of distribution of the vocabulary and why does it distribute like this.In the fourth chapter,we analysis exercise part of the two textbooks from question types,quantity and skill training,and etc.Figured out the similarities and differences of the exercises parts of the two advanced business Chinese textbooks.The last chapter is based on the first few chapters.It discusses the pros and cons of the two advanced business Chinese textbooks and then propose some suggestions for the revising of these two advanced business Chinese textbooks to promote the development of business Chinese textbook. |
