Research On The Construction And Management Of National Orchestra In Comprehensive Colleges

With the development of society,quality education has been paid more and more attention.As an important part of quality education,the National Orchestra in comprehensive colleges also undertakes the important mission of campus culture construction.As the highest form of folk music ensemble,the artistic value of the National Orchestra is self-evident.However,because of the great difference between local policies and the development of local comprehensive colleges,the developmental level of the National Orchestra in comprehensive colleges is also different.At present,the national orchestras in Chinese comprehensive colleges can be roughly divided into three categories,namely:the national orchestras in music professional colleges,the national orchestras in institutions with high-level art group admission qualification,and the national orchestras in comprehensive colleges.Among them,the National Orchestra in music major colleges is the most professional,while the National Orchestra in comprehensive colleges is the most conmon.Taking the National Orchestra of Hainan University as an example,this paper studies the classification,construction and management of the National Orchestra of comprehensive colleges by using the method of combining art management theory and practice.We can draw a conclusion that the National Orchestra in comprehensive colleges is a formal organization composed of several informal organizations.Because of the system of higher education,Orchestra members have great mobility.The ratio of old and new members is maintained at 1:1,which is conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of the orchestra.The development of orchestras depends not only on the clear development goals,but also on the policy and financial support of their colleges.The construction of national orchestras in colleges of higher learning has a long way to go.The analysis of the various indicators of the orchestra is conducive to better management and research of the National Orchestra in comprehensive colleges in the future.
