Research On The Application Of Psychoacoustics In Film Sound Creation

As one of the basic elements of audio-visual media,sound stimulates the visual and auditory organs of the audience at the same time as the picture,bringing pleasant movie-watching experience and adding color to the film.In this paper,the author will take the sound creation of the MFA graduation work "escape without" as an example,and analyze the application of psychoacoustics in the film sound creation from three aspects of sound loudness,frequency and time and space:Establish the corresponding relationship between the physical characteristics of sound and people’s subjective psychological feelings,and use this relationship in sound creation to change the physical properties of sound,stimulate the physiological perception of ear perception,and obtain specific psychological effects,so as to strengthen the artistic effect to be conveyed by the film and meet the aesthetic needs of the audience.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some experience for the later comers in the field of sound creation.
