Research On The Supply-side Structural Reform Of Cultural Industry In The New Era

In today’s society,culture has increasingly become an important indicator of the level of economic development in a country and region,and it has increasingly highlighted the value and significance in economic and social development.Since the 18 th National Congress,the added value of China’s cultural industry has maintained a rapid growth of more than double digits.As a strategic emerging industry,the growth rate of cultural industrial viscosity,linkage development characteristics and synergistic innovation advantages,especially in the cultural industry.Optimizing the regional development layout,promoting industrial integration,participating in the global economic and cultural wrestling,accelerating the integration of production cities and achieving social inclusive development play an important role,making the cultural industry continue to become the "accelerator" and "stabilizer" for economic and social development.However,the development of the cultural industry has also encountered unprecedented pressure.The most obvious point is that the development of the cultural industry is still somewhat shackled by the traditional power.The supply of products and the demand for products in the cultural industry have been mismatched.Insufficient supply and surplus coexistence,the high-quality cultural products that the people like to see and meet the socialist core values are insufficient,while the low-quality,low-level cultural products are oversupply,so how to achieve the cultural industry’s " cutting overcapacity,destocking,deleveraging,reducing corporate costs and shoring up weak spots” has profound implications for the sustainable and healthy development of the cultural industry.This article will comprehensively discuss the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry from the following aspects:The first part,the introduction.This part mainly introduces the basis of the topic selection,the significance of the topic,the current research status of the country,the ideas and methods of the research,the framework structure and innovation.The second part,this part mainly introduces the core concepts related to the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry and the relevant theoretical basis of the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry.First of all,the concept of cultural industry,supply-side structural reform,and structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry is explained.And on this basis,the theoretical basis of the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry is deeply studied.In the third part,this part first analyzes the three modes of cultural industry development.There are three main modes of cultural industry development,namely,the characteristic cultural resource driving mode,the government-driven mode and the content creative driving mode.Then it analyzes the development status of the cultural industry.In this part,it not only has the status quo of cultural industry development,but also analyzes the problems faced by the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry and the causes of such problems.The fourth part is the constituent elements and dynamic mechanism of the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry.It mainly analyzes the three components of the purpose,core and guarantee of the supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry.Then we analyzed three dynamics,namely,internal motivation,external drive,and the cause of the times.In the fifth part,the path of the structural reform of the supply side of the cultural industry and the trend of the future development of the cultural industry are predicted.There are four main paths and four trends.This paper comprehensively studies and discusses the core concepts,theoretical foundations,main models,current status problems,components,dynamic mechanisms,path optimization,and development trends of the supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry.There is innovation in content and other aspects.It provides a possible theoretical reference for the supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry in the new era.
