Investigation The Lei Zu Culture Of Yanting County

Lei Zu,the wife of Huang Di and the inventor of mulberry growing and silkworm breeding,silk reeling and cloths making techniques,has been an outstanding representative of Chinese silkworm breeding and mulberry growing culture and silk culture for thousands of years.She made great contributions to the development of the Chinese nation and therefore has been revered by people as "the first silkworm" and "the silkworm god".The great spirit displayed by Lei Zu has also been passed on and respected by later generations,becoming an excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation for thousands of years.Yanting County,recognized by the China Yanhuang Research Association,is the hometown of Lei Zu and the holy land of Lei Zu culture that contains rich cultural resources of Lei Zu and inherits the Lei Zu culture from generation to generation.Therefore,Yanting County should shoulder the historical responsibility of inheriting and carrying forward Lei Zu culture,and leading the Leizu culture,along "the Belt and Road Initiative",to going out the country and entering the world.To explore the Leizu culture in the "Belt and Road " background how to go to the world,and highlight the charm in many civilizations,Through accessing to a large number of historical ancient books,academic reports,journal articles,news reports,etc.,the author analyzed the existing research results with In-depth and comprehensive understanding of Leizu and its culture,and understond the connotation and modern value of it.Furthermore,the Yanting Pavilion conducted on-the-spot investigations,which not only examined the local cultural resources of the Leizu culture,but watched the annual "First Silkworm Festival" ritual ceremony in person,and mastered the current situation of the "going out" of the Yanting Leizu culture.First of all,this paper introduces Lei Zu and Lei Zu culture,as well as expounds Lei Zu’s great contributions to Chinese civilization and the practical significance of Lei Zu culture in contemporary society.Secondly,the paper makes investigations toward the Lei Zu culture in Yanting County,studying the Lei Zu culture in Yanting County and exploring the influence of Lei Zu culture on Yanting County through numerous Lei Zu relics,rich Lei Zu legends,unique folk activities,long-standing sacrificial customs,as well as unearthed historical relics,etc.Finally,the paper carefully analyzes the current "going out" strategy and explores the reasons why Lei Zu culrue in Yanting is difficult to "go out" and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to make Lei Zu Culture "go out" under "the Belt and Road Initiative" development strategy,so as to make Lei Zu Culture,an excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,to enter the world.
