At the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century,Russia was under the wave of revolution, reform and war.The tsarist autocracy has been challenged by the forces of all parties. The tsarist bureaucratic system tried to gain the support of the people by relying on mysticism. As a representative of mysticism,Rasputin sought the way to survive through his prejudgment of the domestic political situation and eventually became an influential figure in the Russian Empire.Rasputin's life has been ups and downs, and from birth to murder has always been accompanied by a fierce political struggle. At first,Rasputin became a high-ranking society in Russia.Although it temporarily converges on the Stolypin reform period, with the outbreak of the First World War and the sharp internal contradictions,Rasputin reached the right peak. With the trust of the court,he formed a confrontation with the liberals, frequently interfered in the internal affairs of the country, aroused unanimous opposition from all walks of life, and was finally assassinated.Rasputin was involved in the political vortex with his own mysticism,on the one hand to achieve his political desires, and on the other hand is the result of the confrontation between various forces in Russia at the turn of the century. The "Rsaputin phenomenon" is a typical example and epitome of Russian peasants' politics in the early 20 th century.
