Language is endowed with sociality. It is not only the important tool forcommunication and thinking, but also a society embodying of civilization. It reflectsthe social and cultural features of speakers. Language can not separate from society,and society also can not development without language. The relationship betweenlanguage and society is co-variation, and they change under this kind of relationship.They promote and influence each other. The change of language is affected by factorsof society, culture and mentality.Changes of words preform the changes of society following the collapse of theSoviet Union. Shortly after the fall of Soviet Union, Russia was in the societytransformation and tried to export the right way for development. There were someinstability issues in society. Thinking modes and values of Russians altered. And somewords of Russian changed by these factors. The form of word change may be that anew word replaces the old. At the same time, parolecivilization reacts to the society. The influx of loanwords and foreign culture canpromote the development of Russian and Russian Culture, but can also becomethreatening. With thedevelopment of economy and the increasing comprehensive national power of Russia,the language and culture of Russia are both in the healthy condition.
