| Gansu Province,as one of the important birthplaces of the Chinese nation and Chinese civilization,spans 1655 km from east to west,and naturally forms the Hexi Corridor,which is of great strategic significance in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt.Gansu Province has trade relations with many countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt.Therefore,the healthy development of festival tourism in Gansu Province can not only promote the development of local economy,but also establish a good image of China in the international tourism market,which has a positive role in promoting the "going out" of Chinese culture.However,as far as the current development situation is concerned,there is still much room for improvement in the development of festival tourism in Gansu Province.It is in this context that the research on the development of festival tourism in Gansu Province has its practical significance.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background of this paper and the significance of this topic.It also combs and analyses the research status of festival tourism at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content and methods of this paper.The second chapter mainly through the development of festival tourism in Gansu Province in recent years and the impact of Dunhuang Xing Silk Road International Tourism Festival on Gansu tourism industry;the types of festival tourism activities in Gansu Province;the spatial and temporal distribution of festival tourism activities in Gansu Province;the hardware facilities of festival tourism in Gansu Province;and According to the characteristics of Gansu’s festival tourism development,its traditional tourist market is based on the pluralistic cultural resources,such as grotto culture,Islamic culture,Buddhist culture,Qin culture,ancestor culture,sacrificial culture and Three Kingdoms culture.The third chapter mainly analyses the feasibility of the development of festival tourism in Gansu Province,mainly from the protection and inheritance of traditional culture,the promotion of Gansu’s urban cultural image,the development of Gansu’s economy and society,the development of Gansu’s cultural tourism,and the creation of good benefits for Gansu Province.The social and cultural benefits brought by the development of festival tourism in Gansu Province and the feasibility activities.Fourthly,we should improve the current Festival Tourism Organization and management system,and form a multi-subject joint management model of "local residents-tourism cultural enterprises-government".Fifth,through standardizing the commercial service system and festival tourism service system of food,housing,transportation,tourism,shopping,entertainment and other industries in various regions of Gansu Province,we can promote the development of festival tourism in Gansu Province.Sixthly,with the help of tourism flow,capital flow and information flow brought by Festival tourism,the "festival plus" linkage effect will be formed,and the integration of festival and urban development planning,festivals and festivals,festivals and scenic spots,festivals and resources,festivals and rural tourism will be formed,so as to enrich the connotation of festival tourism and improve the popularity and influence of festival tourism activities.Seventh,efforts should
