There are a lot of ritual writings in Yan Lianke’s novels.Ritual is an important narrative strategy in the creation of Yan Lianke’s novels, and an important dimension to explain the connotation of his novels.Yan Lianke created a closed world such as "Balou" and "Yaogou" in his novels. In the process of closing the world to the outside world,Yan Lianke dynamically wrote local life rituals under the interests of ancestors, the traditional festival rituals that were constantly alienated in the impact of commercial celebrations. The changes in ritual reflect the development of local society and the living conditions of people in the process of development. When the closed world has not yet moved into the outside world,Yan Lianke used life ritual to express the value norms of the patriarchal society to the deformities of the local and the tragedy of their inevitable failure to resist the fate through rituals. In the process of closing the world to the outside world,Yan Lianke used the business ceremonies to demonstrate the operation, and expressed the alienation of power and money. With these basic ritual forms,Yan Lianke has constructed a ceremonial world in which clan, power, and money were intertwined, and a crazy world dominated by power and desire. At the same time,he used the ambiguity and uncertainty of the ritual to reverse his literary world.Through the shackles and destruction of rituals,he trys to break the inherent order and create a new space for speech. In the confusion and game,he uses his bizarre imagination and extraordinary creative passion to show his ritual writing features of destructive and creative. However, when Yan Lianke used "realism" to create the ritual reality, despite the "shock" effect of the novel was created, and the negligence of the ritual was neglected, resulting in ritual writing pattern an programming. The problem of over-extreme,stereotyped,and surreal writing weakens the authenticity of the novel.
