| As the TV drama’s industry is increasingly becoming an important force in Chinese cultural and economic industry,the operation of cultural industry chain in all aspects are constantly transparent.As an important part of the industry chain,screenwriters’ living condition has been greatly improved.Screenwriter company,screenwriter studio,Screenwriter Working Committee and other industry organizations and operation groups continue to emerge.All these platforms are useful for domestic screenwriters who want to protect their rights in this difficult situation.These groups and organizations integrate the scattered and weak screenwriter resources effectively,and provide favorable supports to strengthen the drama industry concentration.However,behind the encouraging progress,screenwriter industry still has inherent risks,and still facing difficulties and challenges.The problem has been clearly presented by some screenwriter’s rights cases that attract attentions of media.The ecological description,studies,and outlook expectation of screenwriter industry are not only the unavoidable task of TV drama’s industry,but also the own request of the rapid development of Chinese TV drama.Based on the combination of literary theory,industrial theory,basic narrative television,television psychology and other related disciplines,this paper is finished by integrating literature analysis,case analysis,interview and other multiple research methods.Firstly,the definition of screenwriter,personnel composition and the important role of screenwriter in TV drama’s industry are presented.Secondly,some difficulties that writers facing are analyzed,including inefficient training system,embarrassing working status,and screenwriter group’s own problem.Thirdly,two outstanding TV series are choose as examples to analysis successful experience of its screenwriter team operation and discuss its feasibility.Finally,some suggestions and expectations about the future development of television writers are put forward,including improving screenwriter’s cultivation mode,optimizing industry environment,and strengthening self-construction.Hope that the above research and analysis can be a reference to build the Chinese drama screenwriter exclusive elite team and make up TV market creative talent gap.Moreover,hope to appeal to the academic community to pay more attention and make more research efforts on this problem,so that screenwriters could give their full talent to provide efficient originality for the healthy development of Chinese TV drama. |
