A Study On The Role Predicament And Countermeasures Of Returned Migrant Workers In The Construction Of New Rural Culture

Xi Jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China,pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist that we must build stronger cultural confidence and promote socialist culture to flourish.Culture is a soul of country and nation.To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must realize the prosperity of culture,and cultural construction is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Rural areas,as the important breeding ground for Chinese excellent traditional culture,and the cultural construction is the inherent requirement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Returned migrant workers who are one of the main body of new rural culture construction have been playing an important role in the new rural culture construction.This paper is guided by the thought of marxist rural culture construction.Taking Guanzhuang Town,Guangyuan City as an example.By questionnaire survey and research literature,analyzes the status,predicament and reason of returned migrant workers in the construction of new rural culture from different aspects,and puts forward some measures.The thesis is mainly composed of five chapters:chapter 1,is the introduction,it mainly expounds the research background and significance of this thesis,summarize the research status in related fields.And comb the research contend and methods,and put forward the innovation of this paper.chapter 2,defines the of returned migrant workers in the construction of new rural culture through questionnaires and c concepts of the returned migrant workers and the construction of new rural culture,and expounds the related theoretical basis.chapter 3,Take Guanzhuang Town as an example.analyzes the role of returned migrant workers in the rural ideological and moral construction,rural cultural infrastructure construction,rural education and scientific construction and so on.;combines questionnaire and interview records to discuss the predicaments of the returned migrant workers’ role with low participation,weak driving force,insignificant construction effect and negative affect.chapter 4,discuss the reason why the returned migrant workers had trouble in the construction of new rural culture from dominance of rural goverment and the main role that returned migrant workers.chapter 5,comes up with some targeted and feasible countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: strengthen the government’s leadership,enhance the returned migrant workers’ subjectivity and encourage rural migrant workers to come back hometown to start their own businesses.
