| The teaching of Chinese characters is of vital importance to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,so as the learning of Chinese characters to Chinese learners at all stages.This paper takes the junior class students of Sinology College of Xi’an International Studies University as an example,collects corpus and carries out simple interviews and questionnaires to the investigators.Combining with teaching experience and based on previous studies,this paper explores the teaching of Chinese characters in elementary classes and gives some teaching suggestions on the basis of relevant theories such as teaching Chinese as a foreign language and cognitive psychology.The full text is divided into five chapters: introduction,the current situation and problems of Chinese character teaching,the problems and Strategies of Chinese character learning for learners,teaching suggestions based on the cultivation of learners’ Chinese character ability,and summary.The first chapter discusses the purpose and significance of this topic,that is,how to improve the efficiency of Chinese character learning of foreign students in primary classes.The second chapter discusses and analyses the current situation and problems of Chinese character teaching,points out some problems in Chinese character teaching,and analyses the possible reasons.In the third chapter,we analyze the corpus errors collected by foreign students in primary classes,and conclude three common types.Then it discusses the use of learners’ Chinese learning strategies,and gives some suggestions from the perspective of learners.chapter IV points out the core problem to be solved in the primary stage of Chinese character teaching is to cultivate learners’ ability to learn Chinese characters.Then from the point of view of teaching,some suggestions on teaching Chinese characters are given from three aspects: strokes,components and frame structure.Finally,in the summary part,it summarizes the ideas of the full text and reflects on the shortcomings. |
