Research On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Huangmei County From The Perspective Of Structural Functionalism

As a strategic project to guarantee the people’s basic cultural rights,public cultural services have always been highly valued by the state and local governments.With the change of society and the enrichment of people’s material life,the demand for public cultural services also shows a trend of diversification and personalization.The previous single,top-down supply model has been difficult to cope with this change,and the contradiction between supply and demand is increasingly intensified.Therefore,it is particularly important to change the supply model,seek the balance between supply and demand,and ensure the stable operation of the public cultural service supply system.In the process of creating public cultural services,Huangmei County has invested a huge amount of capital and created a variety of public cultural projects.However,in the actual supply process,how to enrich and diversify the supply,improve the supply efficiency,and create a huangmei mode have become a big problem facing the Huangmei County Government.From the perspective of structural functionalism,based on the full reading and understanding of the research status of scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the status quo of public cultural service supply in Huangmei County through field visits and questionnaire surveys.From the Angle of structural functionalism,AGIL analysis model is applied to sort out the achievements of public cultural services in Huangmei County in infrastructure construction,goal setting,participation subject and supply guarantee from four aspects of "adaptation","standard","integration" and "dimension model".It also summarizes the operational difficulties,imbalance between supply and demand,insufficient expression of residents’ demand and the decline of traditional culture in the supply of public cultural services in Huangmei County.Finally,the reasons of inefficient supply are analyzed from four aspects of AGIL,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward,such as enhancing the ability of resource acquisition and distribution in the economic system,improving the ability of government governance in the political system,promoting the supply of multiple subjects in the social community system,and fostering a good traditional cultural development model in the cultural model trusteeship system.
