| Today,when a moderately prosperous society has been built in an all-round way,the times and the people have put forward higher requirements for the construction of China’s public cultural service system and the level of public cultural services.The development and wide application of communication and data technologies have provided strong technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the supply mode of public cultural services.The supply mode of public cultural services is being transformed from the “give” by the government to the way of “request” by the masses,and the supply of public cultural services Precision has become a hot spot in the exploration of grass-roots public service practice.Therefore,this paper focuses on the precise supply of county public cultural services.Based on the relevant national development plans for public cultural services,this paper first introduces the goals and requirements of the precise supply of public cultural services in three aspects: public cultural service facilities,public cultural service activities,and public cultural service products;Methods: Taking G county as an example,the present situation of the precise supply of its public cultural services was presented through questionnaires and interviews,and it was found that the supply of its public cultural services was not precise in three aspects: carrier,target and content;further analysis The reasons why the supply of public cultural services has not been accurate mainly include the following aspects:insufficient consultation before the supply of public cultural services,inadequate publicity in the supply of public cultural services,and incomplete feedback mechanisms after the supply of public cultural services.Finally,in view of the situation presented by the case analysis,this paper believes that big data should be further improved to improve the accuracy of the supply of public cultural services in the county: promote the digital transformation of traditional public cultural service platforms,and innovate data to drive the supply of new media public cultural services;according to big data Analyze and improve the relevance of supply of public cultural services in the county and the degree of achievement of the needs of supply objects;by paying more attention to factors such as the spatial layout of public cultural facilities,the time factor of cultural products,and the temporal and spatial characteristics of cultural activities,promote the precision of the supply content of public cultural services. |
