A Study On The Rural Cooperative Movement In Yunnan Province During The Republic Of China

The rural cooperative movement in Yunnan Province is a campaign aimed at the relief of the rural economy carried out under the decree of the national government.In 1927 / 1937,there were shops in the name of consumer cooperatives and loan federations in Kunming for the purpose of providing relief to rural areas.But the results have not been outstanding.It was not until the outbreak of anti-Japanese war in an all-round way that the national government moved to Chongqing,and Yunnan became an important rear area,and the rural cooperative movement in Yunnan province developed in an all-round way,and there was a tendency of coming and coming from behind.At that time,as an important rear base area in wartime,the implementation of rural cooperative movement in Yunnan was not only an urgent need for the relief of Yunnan’s rural economy,but also an important support for anticonstruction.Means.Based on the rural cooperative movement as a useful attempt to revive the rural economy and build a rural society,this paper discusses the basic situation of the rural cooperative movement in Yunnan Province.The paper also discusses the influence of cooperative movement on rural social change in the process of this attempt.This article takes the Yunnan rural cooperative movement in the Republic of China period as the research object,from the Yunnan rural cooperative movement implementation background,the government to the rural cooperative movement system design(including the cooperative administration,the cooperative organization,the cooperative finance),The four parts of cooperative education),the operation of the rural cooperative movement(mainly the investigation of the implementation of the key cooperative business),and the impact of the cooperative movement on the rural society at that time.Through the establishment of cooperative administrative bodies at all levels,the organization of cooperatives at all levels,as well as the establishment of the cooperative financial system,the financial support given to the cooperative movement and the publicity and guidance of cooperative education will eventually lead to the promotion of cooperative education.The whole cooperationbusiness is carried out in a comprehensive way,with the emphasis on this thinking,the concrete conditions of the rural cooperative movement in Yunnan and the positive role of the rural society in the process of the implementation are analyzed.For example,to a certain extent,the rural traditional lending structure of Yunnan is promoted to the modern transformation,the production of agricultural production is promoted,and the rural economy and the like are active.However,due to its own limitations,the rural cooperative movement of Yunnan is finally attributed to the silence,but it is still the important attempt by the government to push Yunnan agriculture and rural areas to modernization.
