Research On Rural Public Cultural Service In Laiwu District Of Jinan City Based On Farmers’ Satisfaction

As a part of rural public service,rural public cultural service is an important function of the Chinese government.It plays an important role in improving the comprehensive cultural quality of rural residents and the spiritual civilization of rural society.It is also the spiritual power,intellectual support and ideological guarantee for building a new countryside and a harmonious society.In order to further promote the construction of rural public culture service,improve the rural public cultural service farmers’ satisfaction,Laiwu district government enacted a series of policies and measures to intensify investment in the construction of rural public culture service,rural public cultural service has achieved some progress,but on the whole,there are still many places need improvement.In this paper,through the empirical analysis of Laiwu district rural public cultural service supply and demand situation,find out the existing problems and the influence factors of rural farmers’ satisfaction of public cultural services,targeted put forward to promote the rural public cultural service policy recommendations of farmers’ satisfaction,so as to Laiwu district rural provide beneficial reference to establish the system of public cultural services standardization.In Jinan Laiwu district rural public cultural service farmers’ satisfaction as the research object,on the basis of literature,field investigation,the integrated use of system analysis,theoretical analysis and quantitative analysis,inductive and deductive theory analysis method,key funding from public culture,public cultural infrastructure construction,analysis of the current public cultural activities,etc Laiwu area present situation of the supply of rural public cultural services,from the participation of public cultural services in rural areas and farmers demand content analysis Laiwu area farmers demand status quo of rural public cultural services,find out the current Laiwu area main problems of rural public cultural services.Then,based on the field survey data,the satisfaction status of farmers with rural public cultural services is analyzed,and the influencing factors of rural public cultural services farmers’ satisfaction are further analyzed by Logistic model and ISM analysis method,so as to put forward policy Suggestions for improving rural public cultural services farmers’ satisfaction.Through the research in this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In recent years,Laiwu district has continuously increased financial investment inrural public cultural services,which has significantly improved the supply of rural public cultural services,gradually improved the rural public cultural infrastructure,and enriched the contents of public cultural activities.However,on the whole,there are still some practical problems such as prominent contradiction between supply and demand,insufficient and low utilization rate of public cultural infrastructure,and unsound grassroots public cultural team.(2)Through the collation and analysis of the field survey data,it is found that at present,farmers in Laiwu district have a large demand for rural public cultural services,while the use of rural public cultural facilities and participation in public cultural activities are not high,showing a certain degree of imbalance in the demand structure.On the whole,farmers’ satisfaction with rural public cultural services is high,but some farmers’ satisfaction is still low,so rural public cultural services need to be further improved and improved.(3)Using the Logistic model and ISM analysis method to the influence factors of the rural public cultural service farmers satisfaction analysis,the results showed that age,cultural level,family income level,farmer participation,the government investment,government personnel service attitude,the degree of understanding of basic public services,government regulation,government propaganda and nine factors affecting farmers to rural public cultural service satisfaction evaluation.Among them,farmers’ participation,government input and service attitude of government personnel are surface factors,which directly affect farmers’ satisfaction.Household annual income level,understanding of basic public services and government supervision intensity are middle-level factors,which indirectly affect farmers’ satisfaction through surface factors.Age,education level and government propaganda are the underlying factors,which positively affect farmers’ satisfaction.(4)Based on the results of empirical analysis and field research found the reality of the problem,improve the rural public cultural service policy recommendations of farmers’ satisfaction mainly includes: the innovation of rural public culture supply concept,strengthening the government’s rural public cultural service functions,improve the government financial funds safeguard mechanism,build scientific and perfect supervision and evaluation mechanism.
