Research Of Problem On Public Participation In Rural Public Cultural Service Supply In Longchuan County

For the past few years,in the battle of poverty alleviation and the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,Long chuan county vigorously implement the “hundreds of thousands county village” program about coverage of comprehensive cultural services center,frontier culture corridor and other public cultural object.The government invested a certain public cultural funds every year,that strive to improve and promote the rural public cultural service facilities,meet the people's growing cultural needs,form a more effective environment for public participation,boost overcome poverty and rural revitalization.But for now,in the supply of public cultural services in the rural areas of Long chuan county,public participation is still insufficient,besides religious activities increased to some extent.According to the interviews form some units,cadres and part of the rural public,on the basis of some theories like the rural public culture activity space model theory,demand theory and independent public supply theory,from the perspective of the government-leading supply and the public supplemental,do a study of public participation,found that public has some problems in decision-making participation and public enjoy participation.Considering Long chuan county rural public cultural service is a social systems engineering,is also a long-term task,local government need to further straighten out the rural public cultural service system,establish the scientific management mechanism,give full play to the role of various grass-roots organizations,strive to improve the public political participation in the course of the construction of public cultural services in self-efficacy,activities involved in the acquisition,organization participation sense,feel more good in group activities.While improving the supply of public cultural services,strengthen cultural undertakings and the development of cultural industry,it will be more conducive to the construction of a scientific and efficient modern system of public cultural services,it will improve the quality of our people and the level of social civilization,and promote the all-round development of people and the coordinated development of regional economy society.
