| Tourism is an important spiritual consumption process in people’s life.In recent years,the development of tourism has greatly enhanced people’s sense of happiness and gain,making it one of the "five happiness industries".In the tourism world,tourists’happiness and sense of gain mostly come from the wonderful tourism experience.Experience is the core of the tourism world,as well as the source of the value of tourist attractions and the driving force for sustainable development.With the accelerated integration of culture and tourism,the tourism consumption demand is constantly upgraded,and the immersive tourism with more experience and sense of participation is more and more popular with tourists,and tourism performing art comes into being.As an important carrier of poetry and distance co-existence,the scale and influence of tourism performing art are constantly expanding,which will be an important starting point for tourism enterprises for a long time to come.Under the background of the hot development of tourism performing art market,the uneven quality of tourism performing art products,and the apparently accelerated survival of the fittest,how to improve the quality of tourists’ experience has become an urgent issue in the development of tourism performing art.As a rising star in tourism performing art products,the number of immersive tourism performing art is small,but the development momentum is rapid and promising.Therefore,only those immersive tourism performing arts products that fully grasp the development opportunities,combine their own characteristics,and pay attention to tourists’ experience,can maintain their exuberant vitality.However,at present,there are few empirical studies on tourist experience from the perspective of tourism performing art,especially from the perspective of immersive tourism performing art.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the issues related to the experience of immersive tourism performing arts tourists.Paper is based on embodied theory,and choose "Zhiyin Hao" in Wuhan as a case.First of all,through the field interview and telephone interview carrying out the semi-structured interview.And then gathering information in the ticketing flagship store of Tmall called Wuhan Chaozong Culture,Meituan.com,The Swan CITS online store which belongs to tourism development investing corporation in Wuhan,trip travel which are four official authorized websites and the well-known website called Mafengwo.Finally,to turn into the original data;Based on the grounded theory analysis of the collected interviews and network text materials,24 preliminary categories,6 main categories and 1 core category were extracted.And a tourist experience model of immersive tourism performing art was established.Based on the research results of tourism motivation,tourism situation,tourism experience types,tourism experience quality evaluation and other aspects,the author makes a detailed analysis and discussion on various categories in the experience model.Finally,in view of the advantages and actual development of "Zhiyin Hao",the deficiencies of the tourism development were found.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.In order to improve the tourism experience so that to enhance the tourism attraction and achieve sustainable development of "Zhiyin Hao" further.The main research conclusions are as follows:Based on the three-level coding of grounded theory,it is concluded that the immersive tourism performing arts tourists’ experience is composed of experience awakening,experience situation,embodied participation,experience generation,experience comparison and experience evaluation.And there is a certain time linear relationship and correlation between each experience dimension.After empirical analysis,it was found that the lack of experience development of the "Zhiyin Hao"tourists is mainly reflected in the two aspects of experience situation and personal participation.First of all,the lack of experience situation is mainly manifested in that the content of tourism performing arts needs to be strengthened and the cultural characteristics need to be improved;some of the tourism facilities in the physical environment of tourism need to be improved;the quality of tourists and related services in the social context of tourism need to be strengthened;The shortcomings are mainly reflected in the insufficient multi-sensory mobilization and the lack of interaction in viewing and acting. |
