A Study Of The Transmutation And Development Of The Concept Of Love And Marriage Between Men And Women During Yan’an Period

In Yan’an period,Liberation Daily,as the official organ of the central Committee of communist Party of China,not only has a very important influence in the political field,but also has a great cultural influence.It is the vane of Yan’an literature and art,and it is also a garden that reflects the spiritual and cultural life of the people in the border areas.Whether it is in the early period of Yan’an literature and art symposium,the reflection on the relationship between gerder and marriage,erotism and revolution in the works published in “the literary column” of Liberation Daily,or in the late period of Yan’an literature and art symposium,the desexualized expression of literature in “the comprehensive supplement” of the Liberation Daily has reflected the heterogeneity,complexity and diversity of the concept of social marriage and love in Yan’an period.Through the literary works concerning the problem of marriage and love published in Liberation Daily in different periods,we can find the transmutation trajectory of the concept of marriage and love between men and women during Yan’an period.By analyzing the reasons for the transmutation of the concept of marriage and love between men and women in this period,we can better understand the interaction between literature and the innovation of the concept of social marriage and love,and its influence on the concept of literature of marriage and love in the later eras.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part combs through the changes of social marriage and love concept from the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China to Yan’an period,especially the efforts made by the Government of ShaanxiGansu-Ningxia Border Region government to promote the reform of the concept of social marriage and love in yan’an period.The second part mainly analyzes the change ofthe concept of marriage and love between men and women reflected in the literary works published in Liberation Daily in this period.The literary works published in the early period of Yan’an literature and art symposium focused on the pursuit of personal independence and liberation,while the concept of marriage and love reflected in the works of the later period of Yan’an literature and art symposium focused on emphasizing the common growth and progress of both men and women in a marriage relationship.The third part explores the reasons and influence of the transmutation of the concept of marriage and love between men and women in Yan’an period.The change of social context,the change of writer’s ideological stand and the change of love and ethics narrative in this period are the main reasons for the transmutation of the concept of marriage and love.
