Research On The Development Of New Professional Groups In Modern Northeast China

Occupation refers to the work or position held by the worker himself,while industry refers to the type of economic activity department to which the worker belongs,The new occupation in this paper refers to the occupation with new contents and patterns formed under the influence of modern mode of production and Western style of life.With the rise of modern industry and the increasingly clear and detailed division of labor in society,not only a number of new occupations have emerged,but also the system of vocational assessment,management,welfare and security has gradually improved.As an important product of the modernization,the new occupation had a huge reaction to the economic structure,political power and social concept culture of the modern society.It is of great significance for us to study the development of new professional groups in order to understand modern society more microcosmically and stereoscopically.The first part of this paper mainly analyzes the background of the rise of new professional groups in Northeast China,including the transformation of government functions,the rise of modern industry and the development and replacement of service industry.In the second part,four representative professional groups are selected to make micro observation,and the development degree,regional differences,motivation and resistance of these professional groups are systematically analyzed.The third part is mainly about the evaluation of the historical role of the new professional groups in the modern Northeast China.It analyzes the relationship between the government and the new professional groups,and discusses the role of the new professional groups in the modernization of northeast society.
