At present, with the attention of countries all over the world to the cultural heritage, the intangible cultural heritage has been paid more and more attention by the government and academic circles.Especially for the living intangible cultural heritage, attention must be paid to the regional and holistic requirements of the intangible cultural heritage, and the specific intangible cultural heritage cannot be separated from the environment and background in which it can survive. Therefore, from the perspective of cultural ecology, the overall regional protection of intangible cultural heritage is the preferred way of scientific protection, that is,the construction of cultural and ecological reserves. However, the construction of cultural and ecological reserves is a practical activity that requires the participation of the whole society, and it needs different actors to build it together. This paper choosed the " Spring Equinox Fair in Anren "(hereinafter referred to as " Spring Equinox Fair ")in Anren County,Hunan Province as a case study, and took cultural ecology as the overall guiding ideology.Bourdieu's field perspective and Relationist way of thinking in sociological theory were used to provide a theoretical basis for the practice of different actors.First of all, this paper introduced and sorted out its historical origin, cultural connotation, cultural activity content and cultural ecological background in detail.Among them, the natural features of the confluence of mountains and rivers and the Shennong culture that had spread for thousands of years had given birth to the broad and profound cultural heritage of the bureau, which had laid a good ecological and cultural foundation for the ecological protection of non-heritage culture.Secondly, from the perspective of the process of cultural inheritance and protection of the " Spring Equinox Fair ",it had gone through two stages of exploration and reconstruction. In the short exploration and practice, cultural and ecological protection had achieved some success.Based on the field investigation and analysis, this paper used the field perspective to interpret and find the inheritance and protection of the " Spring Equinox Fair ".It was found that this was the result of the joint practice of the government, local residents, cultural people and other actors in cultural heritage, such as business enterprises, foreign tourists, media, etc.,in the relationship system of cultural and ecological field around the cultural and ecological protection of " Spring Equinox Fair ".From the analysis, this paper obtains that different actors carry out different practical activities on the protection of cultural heritage because of their different behavior motives and interest demands. In the process of inheritance and protection of " Spring Equinox Fair ",the role of local government had gradually changed from "helper" to "leader",and the operation mode has changed accordingly, from "assistance from side" to "top-down".Other actors, either because of the practical will of the government,or because of their own sense of mission, follow the specific logical laws of the field, and make joint efforts in the maintenance and construction of the cultural ecology of the " Spring Equinox Fair ".However, this social practice was still in the exploratory stage in China, and there was no experience to rely on.Local governments and other actors usually carried out practical activities according to their own behavior habits. As a result, there were bound to be some behaviors that need to be reflected and the dilemma of cultural heritage protection that needs to be solved at the same time.To integrate various forces and achieve better performance in the practice of non-heritage cultural ecological protection, this paper put forward some practical concrete measures in view of the cultural dilemma in practice and following the basic protection principles of cultural ecology.
