Bingling Temple because of its unique historical location,during the occasion of Yuan and Ming,Tibetan Buddhism spread into Bingling Temple and developed flourishingly at this magical earth.There are a lot of Tibetan Buddhism arts preserved as the evidences,including Bronze Statues and Gilt bronze tower and dazzling mural paintings.On the view 0f the existing murals,the two-thirds of murals is Tibetan Buddhism as a very important part of Bingling Temple murals.However,the research for the Tibetan Buddhism of later 800 years is relatively small,there are more introductory articles in generally,less research articles,and the research content is sporadic and simple.Some one focused on the monomer statues,and some one focused on murals or individual caves,there are no articles to do a comprehensive and systematical sorting out and classification.The paper based on this condition to sort out the current scattered,single research results and to analysis the background of Tibetan Buddhism spread and developmental path,and the content,style and artistic achievement,doing a comprehensive representation for the existing artistic content in Bingling Temple.It has a great signification for the breaking research imbalance between Chinese Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism in Bingling Temple.
