Although street graffiti art is a non-mainstream underground culture,mostly existing outside the system of contemporary art,it is precisely such anti-system and anti-elite attitude that makes street art active in the stage of contemporary art with its endless vitality.Graffiti art not only brings art to the public,but also to life.It is the most solid supporter and practitioner of daily life aesthetics.Therefore,graffiti art is undoubtedly a good research entrance to explore the aesthetic turn of daily life.Based on a large amount of literature reading and material analysis,I tried to explore the aesthetics of daily life in graffiti art by visiting artists and analyzing them as case materials.The aesthetic transformation of daily life occurred in the post-industrial era.On the one hand,People's Daily life was aestheticized;on the other hand,art was made into daily life.Aesthetics and daily life are no longer binary opposites.Artistic creation should not be a luxury but a state of life,and the public should not be merely receivers rather than creators.Although kitsch culture on the one hand hypnotizes people's spiritual life virtually,on the other hand it stimulates people's imagination of spiritual life and enables mass art to take root and sprout.Graffiti art in such a cultural soil with its vigorous vitality and stubborn rebellious spirit reshaping social life.The first chapter introduces the research background,research status and research methods.The second chapter mainly combs the development history of street graffiti art,carries on a brief overview.The third chapter through introducing the theory of aesthetics of daily life to related words,mainly involving popular culture critical studies,Greenberg's artistic autonomy,Ellen Dissanayake's concept of homo aestheticus,and Jacques Rancière's concept about politics of aesthetics,from the perspective of popular culture,analyzed the phenomenon of aesthetic generalization in daily life and the daily life practice of art in the post-modern context of graffiti art.expounds the graffiti art and mass culture,daily life,the relationship between art system,the demonstration of the ‘politically correct' of graffiti art,graffiti art is rooted in popular culture,Grassroots characteristics of it is as the embodiment of the aesthetic nature of category.Graffiti challenges the art system and public space,beautifies the urban living environment,and adds infinite vitality to the monotonous urban environment.It redistributes the visible and invisible perceptual experience and makes it possible forthe aesthetic community to lead to the political community,street culture,with its vigorous vitality and strong rebellious spirit in the reshaping of the social life.Finally.In chapter 4,the author discusses the organic connection between graffiti and mass culture,daily life,art system and urban space by combining specific cases.
