| Since the "A Bite of China I was broadcast in 2012,the gourmet documentaries began to occupy a prominent position in the documentary market of China.But the gourmet documentaries began to appear the the same themes,like One city,One food"and "Searching for the Traditional Taste".However,with the development of the market,the creation of gourmet documentaries has gradually appeared the characteristics of homogenization and commercialization,lacking the gourmet documentaries should possess characteristices of Documentary Aesthetics.So this article will make" A Bite of China Ⅲ,broadcast in 2018 as a case,combined with Bazan’s theory of documentary aesthetics,the artistic expression technique of "poetic beauty" and the " technical beauty through three theoretical perspective analysis" A Bite of China Ⅲ" in the deficiency of aesthetic perspective.It’s just want to aim at food documentary is summarized in the artistic creation process should follow the aesthetic principles and innovative ideas.Firstly,,the author elaborates from the narrative and artistic levels in the field of"positive beauty",including the conflict between "subjective truth" and "objective truth",and the contradiction between "existential truth" and "image truth".Secondly,in the field of "poetic beauty",the deficiencies in artistic expression techniques of a bite of China Ⅲ are analyzed from three aspects:theme selection,picture color and vocality.Finally,the paper reflects on the visual spectacle of "a bite of China Ⅲ" ignoring"technological beauty" from the relationship between "technological beauty" and"humanistic beauty".According to the above analysis,the author has put forward some proposals for food documentary art,that is "real beauty" is the basis of documentary creation,make full use of the artistic technique of expression to produce "poetic beauty",and follow the pace of science and technology to present "technical beauty" and out of the"aesthetic fatigue" dilemma. |
