In teaching Chinese as a foreign language,we often find that there are different types of errors in the acquisition of Chinese verbal quantifiers between foreign students whose native language is English and Japanese.Facing the differences between English and Japanese in language system and cultural background,how to produce better teaching effect in Chinese verbal quantifiers teaching,so that foreign students can accurately grasp the usage of Chinese verbal quantifiers,is an urgent problem for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly describing the research background,research significance,summary of relevant research achievements,in the review,the verb ontology research,the study of verbs in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and the deficiencies in the teaching of quantifiers for foreign students adopt several research methods,then clarify the research object and theoretical source,considering the diversity of the native languages of the students from the United States and Japan,this paper defines the research object as the American students whose native language is English and the Japanese students whose native language is Japanese,and makes a brief explanation in order to avoid disputes.In the Chapter 2 the author lists ten commonly used Chinese special quantifiers according to the "Chinese Proficiency Vocabulary and Chinese Characters Grade Outline",including "time,,times,once,trips,pauses,fan,field,array,pass",and explains their internal combination rules and semantic characteristics obtain the search of the common Chinese verbal quantifiers words used by American and Japanese students in learning Chinese.Among them,the author will list the common verbal quantifiers in Chinese,including "times,times,mouth,lower,back,trip,meal,and fan",and explain their grammatical characteristics and meaning.,and from the perspective of internal combination and different styles,there are still doubts about the impact of the reverse position of momentum phrases.The third chapter is a summary,classification and comparison of errors in the acquisitionof Chinese verbal quantifiers by foreign students with English background and Japanese background,listing the similarities and differences between the two respectively.The fourth chapter summarizes the results of the errors in the acquisition of verbal quantifiers by foreign students from two native tongue backgrounds after comparative analysis,and discusses the causes of errors in the acquisition process from different angles.The fifth chapter gives some suggestions on the teaching measures of acquiring Chinese verbal quantifiers for foreign students with English background and Japanese background.The last part is the conclusion.
