Views On The Consensus Of The Clarinet Performing Methods

From this paper,via a comparative study of the clarinet and modern clarinet performance way before the 20 th century,the author attempt to deeply explore the reasons why clarinet performance way have evolved to take shape of today.meanwhile,the essential of following the consensus on clarinet performance is explained from the perspective of educating and learning.This article discusses the consensus of the clarinet performance way in four parts.The first part explains the condition of clarinet performance from the 18 th to the 19 th century from the evolution of the reed blowing direction,breathing and tone pronunciation;the second part set forth the reasons for the established of the clarinet performance consensus;the third section is talking about the current clarinet playing methods from slur,articulation,breathing,embouchure and other aspects in detail;the fourth part,try to combine with the teaching process of the clarinet playing method consensus in the conservatory and explore how to follow rules and make recommendations.
