Study On The Influence Of Attributional Style On Anxiety And Depression Emotion In Infertile Women | | Posted on:2021-04-02 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W Q Xie | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2415330620968548 | Subject:Applied Psychology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Infertility is a medical and social problem occurring all over the world,and its incidence is increasing year by year with the development of economy.The mental health of infertile women,as the main role of bearing fertility pressure,may be directly related to the smooth progress of the whole process of assisted reproduction.It may also have a certain impact on the outcome of pregnancy to some extent.Therefore,the main goal of this study is to understand the psychological characteristics of infertile women,analyze the causes of their psychological problems,and propose a plan to improve their psychological problems.The long-term goal is to eventually find a way to improve the mood of infertile women through psychological interventionPrevious studies have shown that infertile women have obvious depression and anxiety.This study explores the depression and anxiety of infertile women through three studies.In the first study,the psychological and emotional status of infertile women was preliminarily explored through interviews with clinicians of assisted reproductive technology,and the research variables in the second study were determined.The second study investigated the relationship between attributional style of infertile women and depression and anxiety,and the mediating effect of attributional style on the basic characteristics of infertile women and their depression and anxiety.In the third study,interviews with infertile women were conducted to explore the influencing factors of infertile women’s attribution style,and a theoretical model was initially established.The following results were found: 1.Infertile women had higher rates of depression and anxiety(28.80% and 20.78%).2.Attribution has a significant effect on depression and anxiety in infertile women,and attribution style plays an intermediary role between basic characteristics and depression and anxiety.3.The influencing factors of infertile women’s attributional style are various,but high fertility expectation and negative events have certain commonalities.Thus,infertile women do have problems with depression and anxiety,and depression and anxiety are mediated by attributional style,which may have a common cause. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Infertile women, Sterility, Depression, Anxiety, Attribution style | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
