In order to achieve the overall goal of Xinjiang work,Xinjiang village cadres,support teachers and students actively carry out bilingual learning.Bilingual study of village cadres,teachers and students is an important measure to maintain social stability and serve the masses.The actual situation is that Uygur spoken language level of most of the village cadres and Chinese teachers and students is poor,which directly affects the implementation of its various policies for the benefit of the people.The development and promotion of bilingual education will promote the development of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang,strengthen the development of educational undertakings in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region,and at the same time,further enhance the ability of grass-roots cadres to connect with the masses and serve the masses.It will lay a solid foundation for deepening the work of "visiting Huiju" in the village.Based on the teaching materials of practical Uygur spoken language course assigned by Xinjiang normal University,the characteristics of constructivism learning,humanism learning,online autonomous learning and learning of second language(other than native language)as theoretical basis,the autonomous online learning model of Uygur oral language in this paper is designed.Under the guidance of the Uygur oral autonomous online learning model,the learning platform promotes the construction of learning resources,and the learning resources are released based on the platform.Both complement each other and constitute the Uygur oral online learning platform.The research includes the following four aspects.(1)Using the method of literature research.This paper summarizes the characteristics of constructivism learning,humanism learning,online autonomous learning and second language learning(other than native language),analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign learning platforms,and designs an autonomous Uygur language online learning platform and at last the autonomous learning model of learning platform is put forward.(2)Questionnaire survey.Through the questionnaire survey on the requirements and suggestions of the normal students' learning platform and the Uygur oral language course content in the computer Science and Technology College of Xinjiang normal University,this paper summarizes and analyzes the requirements and suggestions of the students.According to the needs of students,the design of "micro-class" video is as learning resources,and then the construction of learning resources is to be completed.(3)According to learner's needs analysis,the design of the process of learning platform,the overall function module and the design of database and platform detailed function module realize the development of Uygur oral online learning platform.(4)The developed learning platform will be published and tried,and its trial situation will be investigated by questionnaire.The results shows that the platform and the resources provided by the platform can effectively assist students to learn Uygur oral language.
